Where are you located?

We are located in the northeast part of Texas; a little town called New Boston. Our address is: 415 County Road 2101 New Boston, TX 75570

What is the venue’s capacity?

250 guests in Gracyn’s Chapel

250 guests in the Reception Hall

Does the venue provide tables and chairs? Are they included in the price?

Absolutely! We provide thirty 5’ round tables, thirteen 6’ rectangle farmhouse tables, three 6’ rectangle foldable tables, and 250 chairs. All tables and chairs are included with your rental.

Do you require a wedding coordinator?

Four Fifteen Estates will provide Day of Coordination to all of our couples for an additional fee. It is recommended that you hire a coordinator, but not mandatory.

What is your alcohol policy?

We require your bartender to be certified through the state of Texas.

Do you require wedding day insurance?

You bet -- Special Event Insurance can be purchased through your own insurance company or through online options like WedSafe and WedSure.

What is your food policy?

You’re welcome to choose any wedding & event caterer of your choice!

How long do we have the venue on our wedding day?

Day only package, 8am-midnight

Weekend package, as early on Friday and as late as you want on Sunday

Can we setup or store items the day before our wedding?

If you have purchased the weekend package, you can bring everything and set up on Friday.

If you have have purchased the day only, setting up the day before is not included in that package.

What type of decorations are prohibited?

Confetti, glitter, and biodegradable snow are not allowed.

Do you have a damage deposit?

We do! Our Damage Deposit is $500 and is a separate fee from your Venue Rental Fee. The Damage Deposit is fully refundable according to the provisions in your contract 7 days after the wedding.

Who cleans the venue after our wedding?

You’re required to clean up and collect your decor, rented decor and personal items. You’re also responsible for ensuring you have a caterer or assigned group of people to clear all dishes, food and trash from your tables so you can collect tables linens. 415 does not provide table clearing services but we’re happy to help you grab your linens, centerpieces, etc once tables have been cleared of trash, food, dinnerware, etc! You’ll take everything with you that you don’t want us to throw away the night of your wedding and we’ll take care of the rest!

When do we have our final walk through and ceremony rehearsal?

A month before your wedding, we will do a walk through of the venue and go over the timeline of your wedding day. This will also be the time you show proof of bartender certification, special events insurance, and the final payment.

Is there sound system and can we use it through bluetooth?

There will be a sound system in the chapel and the reception hall.
