A few of my favorite memories are getting married, our first dance and sharing a kiss under a sky lit with fireworks, surrounded by our loved ones. Since she has been blind my entire life, that experience was incredibly special for me.

The venue, 415, took our breaths away. We chose to have our ceremony at the Legacy altar, surrounded by nature. Ugh, I still get chills just thinking about it. Shelby is so amazing and was so intentional with every detail and with everything that she did the day of, which meant everything to us.

“There’s no words. No words for how much this venue and the face behind it (Shelby) mean to me. I didn’t just gain a day I’ll never be able to duplicate but I gained a forever friend out of it.

Me and my husband are from Dallas. We have no family in New Boston. We also were extremely dissapointed with the venues in Dallas. If we loved it, we didn’t love the owners. That was just a deal breaker for us (mainly me)

It was also extremely expensive in DFW and as a couple paying for their wedding entirley themselves we felt extremely defeated. I was scrolling on IG one day and I saw a post pop up of Four Fifteen Estates. It was perfect. Modern. Chic. A little rustic. White chapel. Everything I wanted. I thought “well surely it was out of our price range” and it wasn’t. It was extremely affordable.

I made it a priority to visit it in person. Even if I hated the venue in person we solely picked it because of how personable Shelby was. She was so sweet, personal, down to earth, and through out the whole year of being engaged she answered any and all questions I had. Never went a day without responding to me (she has a baby now don’t hold me to that) lol but I just can’t explain it other than I really won the lottery with 415. I won the lottery with Shelby

“From the moment I saw 415 Estates was opening their venue, I knew it would be a dream to get married there. When the time came for me to be a fiancée the venue was booked solid (you can see why just by looking at their gallery.) I had began exploring other options, when our tour date came around. We decided to follow through with looking at the venue, and I’m so glad we did! The Lord provided and an opening came up. He truly does have our best interest at heart. Within minutes we had our dream venue booked and a date set. For me, my main attraction to 415 Estates was the airiness, along with the character and thought put into each of the buildings. Tips for the brides to be:

1.   I was nervous about dress shopping because I know how indecisive I can be. I decided before hand that I would stick to a Top 4 Rule AND that I would only visit one dress store! I never allowed myself to have more than 4 dresses that I was leaning towards. At the end of the process I found a dress with everything that I loved about my top 4 dresses! All within three short visits to Gracyn Elizabeth Bride (highly recommend btw).

2.    My goal for the wedding day was to make it go by as slow as I could and be attentive in every moment possible & it is possible! I made sure to admire every moment and make a mental note of everything I was experiencing and seeing. Which sounds exhausting, but It helped time feel a lot slower! It’s so easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle.

3.    Be okay with the things that will go wrong. It will ALL workout in the end!”

“To be brutally honest, wedding planning was stressful. money is tight. life is busy and it’s so hard to fit everything you’ve dreamed about into one short day! Luckily, everything about this place and the sweet people I met was amazing! I found the venue on instagram, and I knew this was where we were supposed to be. Shelby face-timed me during a short break in between my zoom classes, and I knew without a doubt this place was perfect. never for a minute throughout this process did I doubt Shelby or her ability to help with anything! she was always a text away. On wedding day, we had rain, we ran a tad behind schedule, and we forgot things. Still, Shelby reassured & supported us through every moment until we left for our honeymoon.

Also, due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to find a different preacher to officiate our ceremony just days before the wedding. thankfully, Levi Browning stepped in. when we went to talk to him, he gave us his condensed version of premarital counseling. he drew a triangle where Kirby and I were on the bottom and God was at the top. he explained that if Kirby and I wanted to grow in our relationship with each other (move up the triangle), we must also grow closer in our relationship with Him. all that being said, we showed up for the rehearsal dinner to see a triangle over our head table. we didn’t ask for it, but it was so awesome to see it there! it’s the little things like this that continuously clicked with Four Fifteen Estates and made our hearts grow even more fond of this special place. Every single vendor and loved one made this day one we’ll never forget. Every imperfect detail was cherished: every laugh, every tear, every drop of rain, every terrible dance move, and every moment in between. so if you were even the smallest part of it, we thank you!! we love you, and we are so blessed to have you all in our life”

“Four Fifteen, to us, was like the dream venue you’d see in magazines or on Pinterest and only hope you would find one remotely close to that. We booked the venue when there was nothing but concrete, dirt, and supplies but we saw the vision and getting to watch it come to life while we were planning made the experience even more magical. We even got to write our names on the wall in the chapel before it got finished building and there’s nothing better than getting to say that we are a part of that venue. “Planning a wedding is never easy because it’s the day you have always dreamt of. I wanted to make sure I focused on every detail to create the most perfect day. I had 415 estates booked before there was even a slab of concrete because I saw Shelby’s vision. I knew it was going to be the most magical place so from then on I began to plan the best day of my life. I realized in life it is so easy to forget about the smallest little details and some times those mean the most. Every week up until the wedding I would work on something different that would help make our day extra special. In the process of planning our perfect day I had some very hard obstacles take place but it only made me focus on making the day even more perfect.

The good thing about 415 is that it’s a blank canvas to create whatever style you have and turn it in to something beautiful. That is exactly what I did. All I can say is enjoy the planning process, enjoy the people who want to help you plan it, and let them help you. Life is too short to be frustrated over something you will barely remember. Focus on the details and the love of your life. Shelby is so great to work with she is so laid back and going to make sure your day goes smooth and that you are happy. All of our vendors were amazing and we wouldn’t change a thing”

“This day and everything leading up to it was such a dream! Austin is my soulmate for sure and marrying him in this beautiful place with wonderful people surrounding us was everything I could dream of. Shelby was so incredible through it all — a bride’s bestie for sure! If I could go back and change anything I wouldn’t!”

“Dylan and I got engaged in December of 2020. We were originally supposed to get engaged a few weeks before it actually happened, but COVID had different plans for us! We both tested positive for COVID-19 the day before he was going to propose. Little did I know, our families had a big surprise party planned with all of the food already cooked and the house decorated so cute. Although the proposal didn’t go as planned, it was so special. Dylan took me to the place we first met at a church retreat in 2013. Getting to relive those memories from so long ago made that day even more special.

Flash forward to wedding day, June 12, 2021. It was the most perfect day at the most beautiful place. I loved everything about it! A few months before we got engaged, Shelby had just announced they were building Four Fifteen Estates. I remember looking through all of the photos and videos and falling in love with the venue before it was even built. I knew that when my wedding day came I’d want to get married in the beautiful white chapel. The wedding was everything I had dreamed, and marrying my high school sweetheart made it even more special.”

“I’m so so glad that we chose Four Fifteen Estates as the venue for our big day! Shelby was beyond helpful in every area, and made the whole wedding planning process that much easier. We had so many guests and vendors comment on how beautiful the venue was, and how it was set up so perfectly. We booked with Four Fifteen before the venue was completed, and the finished product was more than we could have ever dreamed of. We’re so grateful that we had the opportunity to get married there.”

“Daniel proposed four years after we started dating with the most beautiful and sentimental ring! It was the same ring his father proposed to Daniel’s mother. Two weeks before our wedding day our original venue burnt down. In a frantic attempt to find a perfect venue so last minute, I called Shelby at Four Fifteen Estates. Shelby was able to exceed all of our needs well beyond our expectations. She took the headache and wedding day fears away. I was completely STRESS FREE the day of the wedding!”

“Nate and I got engaged May of 2020!! A week before our wedding the original venue burned to the ground! In the chaos of trying to figure out if we would even have our wedding or postpone, I remembered seeing Four Fifteen Estates on Facebook, it had just finished being built! I called and thankfully they had an opening that coming up Saturday. My wedding was everything I dreamed about and more!
