Vendor Spotlight - Bella Roo Events
How did you get started?
I began offering wedding coordination services at our family venue as a fun side job, but I quickly realized that I absolutely loved doing it! So, I started offering it as a business and venturing out to other venues as well. I purchased an inventory of decor approximately a year later and added styling to my list of services, as well. It is a lot more work than people realize, but it is the best kind of tired!
What all services do you offer?
I offer full-service planning, event coordination, and decor and styling packages.
What do you want brides to know about Bella Roo Events?
I genuinely strive to be a blessing and to make their wedding weekend as stress-free as possible.
What is one tip for the bride?
This day is about you and your husband becoming one. The rest is just for fun! Focus on the marriage, not just the “event”.
What is your favorite wedding decor look?
I love an elegant southern style with some vintage details. I’m also a huge fan of the boho trend right now.
Do you have any memorable moments from a wedding? Something the bride and groom did that was special? Anything unique that stood out.
*I have a few! One of my brides had a “flower dude” instead of a traditional flower girl. He wore a fanny pack, tossing flowers and putting on quite the show.
*I’ve had some couples do some really fun dances that were a surprise to the crowd, and I’ve had some family members surprise the couple with a song or touching speech.
*One couple made floral centerpieces using instruments, and it turned out really cool.
*Basically, I love when a couple adds personalized touches to showcase their style and personalities!
What trends are you excited to see this year?
I’m looking forward to seeing more bold colors come into play. Neutrals have been on trend for several years, but I think things are shifting to the use of color and texture more.
What is your favorite part about your job?
I absolutely LOVE getting to be there for a couple/family for such a momentous occasion. I love watching everyone relax and be present, to truly enjoy every minute!
